After a string of nightmarish deaths in a nearby village, the people of Witchhaven refuse to dream, spending their sleepless nights on the lookout for the Sandman. All except one. Ophelia does not fear her dreams nor the handsome man who visits her. Yet nightmares begin to bleed into reality when the first victim is found, their body nearly unrecognizable. Terror and superstitions run rampant as Ophelia realizes the man of her dreams is the very monster her village fears, and every time he meets with her, another person dies.
